A LITTLE BIT OF OUR STORY
It all started when a certain popstar was headlining across the nation and got tired of feeding her crew food that tastes like cardboard.
And cold pizza and a can of soda doesn’t exactly scream ‘proper nutrition for a hard day’s work.’
Paul was already the personal chef to U2, proving how nutrient-dense (and delicious) food can fuel even the most demanding schedules. And Jessica had years of experience pulling off events across the world on tour with rockstars handling the most complicated logistics (she once planned an event in Helsinki for thousands… overnight).
So when the husband-and-wife duo got a call to up the ante on backstage buffets for the concerts and stadiums coming through Seattle, they bought their first rig with $15k on a credit card and started catering shows out of their garage, not looking back since.
